Products

Any differences in color, leather or stitching (even within the same pair) from the photos on the site are not to be understood as a defect but are to be understood as a quality since the customer is buying a handmade product.

Payments

Terms of payment

Payment can be made via:
- Bank transfer;
– Paypal, 3 installments with Paypal;
- Credit card through Stripe;
– Cash on delivery ONLY IN ITALY: with payment exclusively in cash and with an additional cost of €4.00.

Shipping

Shipment

The shipment will be made within 24 working hours from the confirmation email.
Shipping in 24/48 working hours.
Possibility of having a shipment by 12.00 on the morning following the order (for more information, please contact us).
Any delays caused by the courier are not to be charged to the Owner.
Packages in Italy are shipped with Bartolini. Once you have entrusted your order to the courier you will receive an email with the tracking link of your shipment and with the possibility of rescheduling the delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free in Italy starting from €99.00.
Shipping to Italy under €99.00 costs €4.99.
For the smaller islands and free zones, shipping has an additional cost of € 10.00. You can see if you are within the aforementioned areas simply by entering your address directly in the cart.
Shipping to Europe or to non-European areas does not have a fixed cost: you can see how much it is by entering your address directly in the cart. Outbound parcels are shipped by Fedex, BRT, DHL and UPS. Once you have entrusted your order to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your shipment.

Order confirmation

Within 24 working hours following receipt of the order, acceptance will be confirmed or not based on the availability of the item.
If the item is available, an email will be sent with the change of the order status from "in progress" to "completed".
If the item is not available you will be contacted directly at the email or telephone number left in your order.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User is required to inform the Owner of the decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration sent to one of the contacts indicated.
Returned products MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 14 days of receipt.
Products that are damaged, even partially used or shipped after the fifteenth day of receipt will not be refunded.
The products must be returned to the Owner in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING, otherwise the return cannot be concluded. (Eg. It is not possible to return a pair of shoes without their original box).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure, for products on which a modification is requested, for products ordered by the customer or customized even only in colour.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping: any damage to the packaging, damage to the items, any problems with shipping, insurance for lost packages etc..
The cost of shipping for withdrawal is charged to the customer.
If the customer paid shipping (€4.99 or foreign shipments) or the surcharge for cash on delivery or free zones (ex. €4.00) at the time of ordering, these will not be refunded, only the costs of the products will be refunded.

For return shipments outside the EU or where customs payment is required, customs charges are the customer's responsibility. If requests for payment of customs charges arrive, they will not be paid, as stated above.
