Project description: The project involves the implementation of a web marketing strategy aimed at promoting the site https://scarpedimaremma.com on international markets and participation in an important trade fair. The focus of the action will be
towards the US market and towards Switzerland.

Detailed description of the investment program:
The investment program implemented included several phases.
Specifically:
a) drafting a marketing plan aimed at addressing the internationalization of the company and implementing appropriate strategies for the two foreign markets covered by the plan itself.
b) creation of logos and other graphic materials in order to improve the perception of the company in the foreign markets covered by the action.
c) creation of an e-commerce website optimised for navigation in foreign markets, the objective of the action.
d) implementation of an organic SEO strategy aimed at improving the performance of the e-commerce website in foreign markets. This strategy was then intensified during the project with further actions aimed at further improving the search performance by target users in the two countries targeted by the action.
e) implementation of a marketing funnel strategy through the organic management of social networks in order to spread the brand and the commercial viralization of the company's products in the target audience in the countries targeted by the action.
f) implementation of a marketing funnel strategy through the management of sponsored Google ADS in order to spread the brand and the commercial viralization of the company's products in the target audience in the countries targeted by the action.
Analysis of the results achieved:
The action taken, thanks to the implementation of the new e-commerce, has led to an immediate improvement in the visualization of the website and the ease of use of the same by users. In addition to navigability, the findability on search engines has also improved thanks to the organic SEO action since the site has been optimized. However, both on the SEO side and on the social networks and funnel marketing actions side, it is not yet possible to give a numerical feedback to any increasing feedback data. In fact, these are long-term actions that will certainly favor performance, but the data will be appreciable within 18 months.
